Free Wi-Fi was fast, and the flat-screen TV was nice. A bit noisy at night.

The large double room provided ample space for my family and was quite clean, giving a sense of comfort that’s often hard to find. A pleasant surprise was the help from fellow travelers with our luggage due to the lack of elevator access.
Rooms are located on the second floor with no elevator, making it a tough climb, especially after a long journey. We faced noise issues from nearby clubs that were active until 2 a.m., which interfered with our sleep quality. Arriving early also meant waiting about 30 minutes with no one at reception, leading to some initial frustration.

Ludus Rooms has an unbeatable location right across from the Colosseum, making it super easy to explore Rome. Loved being close to so many restaurants and bars, all within walking distance. The room had a great view of the Colosseum, which was a delightful surprise! The communal kitchen was well-equipped with a microwave, toaster, and kettle. Complimentary tea and coffee. Clean bathroom with a good shower and free toiletries added extra comfort. Only downside? No elevator access, which might be tough for anyone with mobility issues. I also noticed some noise from the street at night, but it didn't prevent me from getting a good night's sleep.

comfortable stay with a few minor issues
The room was spacious and modern, offering a bright atmosphere despite its inner courtyard view. I appreciated the coffee-making facilities available in the communal kitchen, allowing for a refreshing start to each day. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night.
Though some communal areas could use a bit of tidying up.

We loved our stay with a spacious and bright room that had comfy bedding and great coffee-making facilities right outside. The communal lounge area was perfect for relaxing with a good book, and the small kitchen setup made it easy to start our day. Just a heads up, the hallway could get a bit noisy, but it didn't ruin our experience at all! ☕
